Barbarian
The Barbarian was a prehistoric human-like character. They were said to have an un-evolved brain, making them violent and unintelligent. Since the revival of AMZ, the Barbarian has been retired.

Barbarian No More?

For the entirety of the original site's existence, the Barbarian was one of the most unpopular characters. Despite the fact that AMZ's characters were different than the traditional pets of similar sites, members still felt it was odd to essentially "own" a human. During one of the attempted revivals of the site, members voted to have the Barbarian retired. As of now, it is the first and only character not to have crossed over from the first site.
Wait? There's One More? Edit
The Old Man owns the only Barbarian in existence whom he has affectionately named nick after a member on AMZ. Where TOM found this creature, we are not too sure. However, in his archives, he mentions that all the old characters have to be corralled before they can be released, so it is possible that TOM managed to corral the last known Barbarian. Or perhaps there are still some other Barbarians lurking around. Maybe they are plotting against AMZ and all of its inhabitants.
Recently, a second "lost" Barbarian has been discovered--a Wind Barbarian named Kyhorlet, belonging to AMZ member Freezair. Her origins are unknown; when asked, she refuses to talk about it. In all likelihood, she's terrified of people trying to shove her with nick to "repopulate the species," which would be immensely gross. Who would want to repopulate the world with nick? Sometimes it's just better to let a species die out...

- Barbarians were the only characters to have physically visible gender in their orbed versions, although their genders could still be chosen by the owner.
